The goal with this campaign, “The Moment Possibilities are Born,” was to make an energetic, visually striking spot about young athletes’ opportunity and potential, as well as tie the brand to
the inclusive notion of “opening the doors of sport to everyone.” The campaign was part of the brand’s multi-million dollar plan to create more opportunity and role models for future generations of athletes. The creative idea behind the film centers on a single moment that acts as the ‘unlock’ for young athletes’ unlimited potential: the first touchdown, the first swing of the bat, the first kick of a ball. Every journey has a beginning, and this particular moment is often IT for young athletes. The film deconstructs and celebrates this definitive moment, then takes the audience on a wild, immersive ride that shows just how far the moment ends up taking each athlete. Through a combination of unique transitions, dynamic camerawork, and subjective speed-ramps, the narrative comes full circle by reminding viewers that sport is the springboard behind every one of these opportunities.
